I used American Apparel California Trooper + Urban Outfitters Crowded polish, plus any skinny glitter nail art pen you can find.
I took photos step by step but most importantly *wait until the first coat is completely dry before trying to apply the tape [I even waited a full day]*
The glitter just adds a little fun... Really though, how easy is this?!
