I love the idea of entertaining with easy, conversational finger food (and drinks)! Who wouldn't want a few satisfyingly delicious tartines with their glass of pinot?
- Curried egg salad on dark rye with thinly sliced radishes and cucumbers. Add mango chutney!
- Thinly sliced granny smith apples, scattered pine nuts and a slice of sharp cheddar on jalapeno/cheddar toast. (Toast > Add toppings > Broil)
- Roasted peppers and goat cheese on toasted baguette.
...And it's a party !! (:
