recipe: cherry almond shake


Have the last of my cherries in the fridge and was searching for the perfect recipe, this is it! I <3 cherries in the summertime and to put them into a shake?? Yes please !!! (And it's healthy too.)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (whatever fat content you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup water & 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 2 tbsp whole almonds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract & 1/4 tsp almond extract
Directions:

Put all ingredients into the blender and pulse or blend to whichever consistency you like!
