Have the last of my cherries in the fridge and was searching for the perfect recipe, this is it! I <3 cherries in the summertime and to put them into a shake?? Yes please !!! (And it's healthy too.)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (whatever fat content you prefer)
- 1/4 cup water & 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup pitted cherries
- 2 tbsp whole almonds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract & 1/4 tsp almond extract
Put all ingredients into the blender and pulse or blend to whichever consistency you like!
